I thought this was so outrageous I just had to share with the class.
From Zap2It (http://www.zap2it.com):
Just ask the Donald. He really is a billionaire and will sue you for billions if you claim otherwise.
"The Apprentice" host filed a $5 billion lawsuit Monday (Jan. 23) against author Timothy O'Brien for stating in the book "TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald" that the mogul is worth a mere $150-$250 million. The nerve.
"Rather than sitting back and letting false statements be published without challenge, I believe it is important to expose irresponsible, malicious and false reporting," Trump says in a statement. "The writer and publisher of this book knew full well that their statements were false and malicious, but in hopes of generating book sales, they did not care. In so doing, they exposed themselves to this lawsuit."

Publisher Warner Books is also named in the suit. Trump is seeking $2.5 billion in compensatory damages and $2.5 billion in punitive damages. If Trump wins, he'll be an even richer billionaire than he insists.
O'Brien is a New York Times reporter who has covered Trump's businesses for many years. In the book, he claims that Trump often exaggerates his net worth and isn't "remotely close to being a billionaire."
Trump's camp points to another publication as proof that the same financial details he provided to both O'Brien and Forbes yielded a different conclusion.
"Forbes magazine rigorously analyzed the very same book and records and other financial data that O'Brien and Warner chose to ignore, and concluded that Trump's net worth conservatively is at least $2.7 billion," state Trump's lawyers.
The fifth season of "The Apprentice" will air this year, with the sixth set to film in Los Angeles.
