John Malkovich will play a magician in The Great Buck Howard, the Sean McGinly-directed drama that co-stars Colin Hanks and his dad, Tom Hanks, Variety reported. Bristol Bay Productions is financing, and Playtone's Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman are producing.
