PHILADELPHIA--Erica Durance, who stars in the upcoming SF movie The Butterfly Effect 2, told fans here that she plays an entirely new character in the sequel to 2004's original, which starred Ashton Kutcher. "This one is a similar idea [to the original]," Durance said.

I like Erica Durance. When I saw her at first on Smallville, some random episode on cable, I hated her, but then when I saw her first appearance I liked her...I prefer Lana for Clark but Lois is an interesting character.
