Episode summary from The 4400 site (http://www.the4400.com):

t's an ordinary morning for Tom Baldwin, that is until NTAC shows up to arrest him for a crime he can't remember committing. Is Tom losing his grip on reality, or is someone setting him up?

Neh, not the best episode, it was alright but not great. It was fairly obvious from the get go that it was a shapeshifter. The Isabelle/Shawn storyline was more interesting then the main one, I have t say I really like that Isabelle has no clue about anything and just asks about anything, very Anya-esque, like asking Shawn to have sex just cuz it was on her list, lol.

I'm really glad they showed a picture of Lilly, I hate it when the kill off a character and never mention them again! I was also glad they gave Richard a grieving time, It's so annoying when characters die and in the next episode the other characters have forgotten. Also it's cool they don't mind giving time to that since there is only 13 episodes in the series, although this ep was mostly filler.

I also really liked Alana, I'm glad she was added to the regular cast, although I didn't get why she didn't put that guy in an alternate reality, she totally had the chance, but I suppose it's possible she could have been shot in there and it would have effected her in the real world!

Also it seems to be setting up a similar idea to that of Point Pleasant, Two opposing forces against each other with Shawn and Isabelle, but together through love, could be interesting if they handle it right.

I REALLY don't like Tom's girlfriend lol - not the greatest episode. But I do like Shawn & Isabelle. And Richard was pretty funny when she was talking to him on the phone lol

I loved when Isabelle asked if they could go have sex, lol.

Other than that, the episode was very mediocre. And I cringed when they did the cliche moment where they had the two people who look alike and a loved one has to decide which is which...*gag*.

At least they didn't have real Tom go "Shoot us both" lol
