From SpoilerFix (http://www.spoilerfix.com):

Episode 6.01 - Zod
Episode 6.02 - Sneeze
Episode 6.03 - Wither

6.01 - Casting notices for the role of "Jimmy Olsen" have gone out for the season premiere! "Secretagentman" has revealed that Smallville's Jimmy Olsen is in his twenties. He is described as "adorable" and pesters Chloe for a dinner date until she finally gives in. Apparently they'd interacted in the past and each thought the other wasn't interested. The casting breakdowns imply that the character will recur throughout the season. It also says that Jimmy nicknames Clark "C.K.," which is a trait originated with Michael Landes' Jimmy Olsen in Lois & Clark. Nam-Ek and Aethyr (from "Arrival") WILL be seen again, but the roles ARE being recast. The role of the President is also being cast for the episode. Casting notices have also gone out for the role of a character named "Raya," whom "Secretagentman" reveals was an assistant of Jor-El's who helps Clark get out of the Phantom Zone. It sounds as though Raya will give Clark a crystal that will help him to stop Lex/Zod.

08/18 - Lex and Lana continue to get closer this season and, as a result, the gloves will be off with Lex and Clark. Jimmy and Chloe will meanwhile reconnect for the first time since they hooked up during their summer working together at the "Planet." Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide

05/17 - Al Gough reveals: The theme [of Season 6] is the rise of Lex Luthor. You're definitely going to see the more ruthless Lex Luthor you know from the comic books really start to emerge. The season will also be about the corruption of good — not only Lana, but Martha. Will she get involved with Lionel? And when Clark does come back from the Phantom Zone, what will it have done to him? We never really explored what happens to somebody inside the Phantom Zone, which is really the ultimate incarceration. [...] The idea was that on Krypton — and we'd like to explore some of this in Season 6 — Zod was the ultimate terrorist. He and Jor-El were once friends and became enemies. As a result, there was a breakaway. It has more to do with political intrigue rather than that the planet started spinning too close to the sun, which has always sort of been the traditional story. 05/16 - The two Kryptonian baddies last seen in "Arrival" may return in Season 6. It is rumored that James Marsters may appear in Smallville's Season 6 premiere. It sounds like all of Smallville's seven lead characters will survive into the next season. Will Lex keep his powers? Guess we'll have to wait and see... Source: KryptonSite

09/20 - And regarding the show's "no tights, no flights" policy, Gough says he's sticking to it — for now, at least. "Clark won't be flying this season — but never say never. Zod flies a little bit, though." Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide

10/07 - Smallville has four couples now — Lana and Lex; Lois and Oliver/Green Arrow; Chloe and Jimmy; Martha and Lionel. Which one will be expecting by Thanksgiving? Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide

11/01 - I can tell you that the character who is with child will also be with ring — an engagement ring — in the very near future. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide

11/15 - Fans are going to feel as put off as Chloe when she finds out that Jimmy and Lois struck up a secret deal to work together on exposing the Green Arrow. She'll also get to lay into Clark after he gets snippy with her for keeping Lana's little secret. Turns out Miss Sullivan will only take so much from a fella she's been protecting all these years. 12/07 - Alfred Ghough reveals: [Jonathan Kent will probably not appear again.] We may bring [Greene Arrow] back... we sort of have an arc, and he may pop up again, but that's going to be determined upon whether or not Justin gets a pilot, and my guess is he will. So, he's definitely a character that we can certainly revisit, and if not later this season, perhaps next season. Ultimately, [Lionel and Martha will not become a couple], because I think that Martha is too good and pure and sees Lionel for what he really is, and the question really being - when is Lionel going to really show his stripes again, which we'll see in the latter half of the season. [If we get a 7th season,] we'll just keep moving [Clark's] journey towards Superman further and introduce other DC comic characters. Source: BuddyTV

02/15 - Al Gough reveals: The whole "evil Jor-El" thing is up for debate. Maybe it's more like tough love than being evil. At any rate, as he's discovered, Clark needs to take care of those darn Phantom Zoners before he can go back to Daddy. We haven't forgotten what happened at the end of "Zod," and neither has Lionel. Without spoiling anything, I will say that [Lana's] baby is an important part of the rest of the season. Source: TV Guide Online

02/14 - Michael Rosenbaum reveals: I think next season will definitely happen. [...] Next year will be my last year. I had a great run. I loved it, but that will be it for me. I think other people have longer contracts. I’m not going to say who, but I know that next year is the last for me. So, it will be very sad when it happens, but all good things must come to an end. Source: Kristin on E!Online

02/10 - Alfred Gough reveals: Martian Manhunter will be an ongoing presence this season and perhaps into next. There are a finite number of Zoners, or so we are led to believe. But who knows, there may be more! Source: TV Guide Online

03/21 - Lana will definitely see a baby in her ultrasound, but you know how things are never what they appear to be with Lex. As for enhanced abilities, the real gift this plot has is the power to turn Lana into one pissed-off woman with a mission. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
