Season Four?

I bought season four of Smallville today. I just bought season three LAST week and haven't even begun it yet, but I wanted to make sure I had the next season while Wal-Mart was running their sale...

But anyhoo. I was reading the phamplet in the season four box set and the producers make season four sound like their best season and talk about how great it is...

So basically I'm wanting to know if it's really that great. If it is, I'll speed through season three as quickly as possible and stop watching Buffy for now until I'm caught up with Smallville. And since I'm leaving for a couple of weeks at the end of the month I'll only have time to watch one show.

season 4 is the best season so far ( on dvd) season 5 ..... amazing out in august in UK :D

but as i was saying season 4 rules :D WATCH SEASON 3 SO YOU CAN START SEASON 4 its GREAT :D ..... sorry.... lol people from BBoards know what im like lol

ok well i'm on episode 9 of season three right now and i gotta say, so far this season is WAAY better than seasons 1 and 2. it will be pretty easy to go through this quickly.

There are good episodes and really horrible episodes in season 4. But, I own season 4 on DVD. I liked it well enough to buy it.

Although season 4 started my snark about Smallville. But, I keep coming back for more.

So, in answer to your question, it was a fun season. But, I think season 5 is better.

Now that I'm on the last episode of season four I must say this is, by far, the best season. I haven't seen five though. But there was maybe two boring episodes of four. I really really liked it...especially Lana's storyline. Jensen was pretty likeable as a villain, and I love the woman who played his mom.

My least favorite season was 2, I hated so many of those episodes.

The woman playing Jason's mother is Jane Seymour.

I now have season 4 on DVD. It's better than I remember. There are some pretty lame moments, though!
