Since Vilandra is gone, I think, I decided to post this thread.

I loved this episode, it was REALLY good and we get a LOT of hints about the aliens and everything. Very cool. At least ABC hasn't axed THIS yet. :furious:

Underlay tracks down a mother who has abandoned a baby at Russell's ranger station. The mother denies that the child is hers, though. Her mother-in-law swears that the baby is her grandchild and that Christina has been acting strange ever since the hurricane hit. Meanwhile, Mariel--who begins questioning why she has been losing touch with her kids--makes a shocking discovery in the water, and Dave learns the identity of the owner of the wedding band.

Is it me or did I miss the wedding band bit?

Ah, I guess they didn't show it. I was thinking I must've missed that part too.

Anyway I didn't post much before - but this past ep really got us thinking. I mean, why is the Sheriff different from the others. What is the deal with the new bodies? Are they clones?

I'm confused by this. Does anyone else remember reading the article where Shaun Cassidy said that the aliens were taking over the bodies of people who died in the natural disasters? He clearly implied that the beings "possessed" the deceased body.

Perhaps they changed their mind?

Anyway, despite the severe lack in anything obviously sci-fi/supernatural, this is one of the most intriguing shows of the year.

I thought he said it might not be aliens...?

Yep he did say that too, but in theory they ARE aliens because they are foreign to us....but yeah he said not to be certain that they're space aliens.
