Basically you watch the movies nominated for oscars then you go back to the website, and vote. On Oscar night they will announce the winners, and see how close the results are to the smuggies (love my South Park).
I'm not a movie downloader myself, ;) but I am looking forward to seeing the results of the voting on Oscar night.
