What else have people seen him in? Where did you first see him? Do you like him (acting or otherwise)? *L*

I first recall Jensen on Dark Angel, although he seemed familiar to me then, so I think I may have seen him other places, but didn't know where, and still don't recall where else. But I remeber finding him cute and funny on Dark Angel, and then seeing him turn up on Dawson and other things. He's so good looking, and is a pretty damn good actor too.

I watched my DVDs of Dark Angel recently, and was just so sucked in by the second season episode that centered around Alec, and the assignment he had to kill this man, but falls in love with the man's daughter. It was a wonderful episode, much because Jensen just did an excellent job really digging into Alec, and showing there was this whole humanity and emotion and depth to Alec that we hadn't seen before.

First (and only) thing I've ever seen him in was Smallville. He's not a bad actor at all, is he?

I actually missed him in Smallville cause I stopped watching the show for a few seasons. Really wishing now though that I could see him in that.

Was he one of the twins on Days?

I saw him somewhere before, but I'm not sure where. So Smallville is the first I can recall...loved him on there until he went psycho! :D

Yeah, I think he was. I never saw him on Days, I didn't watch it back then. But I've seen pictures.

What season or seasons of Smallville is it that he's in? I don't generally buy Smallville on DVD, I have season 1 and that's it. But maybe I'll have to sneak out to Best Buy and get the season or two he's in whenever they're out.

Thanks, last season, season 4... will have to find out when that's out on DVD.

I just rented a very strange movie, Devour, with Jensen the other day. It was kind creepy and very disturbing. He was good in it though, sold the weird factor *L*. Anyone else seen this movie?

I think i have to agree with many of you, the first time i saw Jensen was in Dark Angel and i loved him ever since. It was a bonus to find out that he was starring in Smallville as after watching Dark Angel i never really saw any other series with him in it. I thought he was great in Smallville playing a baddie.

Since watching him in supernatural i think he is great, i have always liked Jensen. :)

I've been watching Dark Angel with my friend recently, and we just got into season two, and god... *L* that guy's face. The little smirks and smiles... now that's dangerous. He's just so damn charming... and I don't think it's just Alec. But, wow Alec is a charmer. That little grin. Cause he seems to have a certain charm in a lot of his roles.

I haven't seen that "Devour" movie but it's funny cause a friend of mine was talking to me about it a while back before I knew nor cared about who Jensen Ackles was. It sounded really bizzare and I wanted to check it out but I keep reading reviews on it that say it was bad. The Blockbuster near here doesn't have it and I saw it once at some store but it was $20 and I decided it wasn't worth the money when I saw that the movie slogan is "Don't get Mad. Get Evil" Wow....whoever came up with that....shame shame on you. How am I suppose to be intrigued by a slogan that sounds like a Glad Bag commercial rip off?!

Anyway, "Supernatural" is the first I've seen of Jensen but due to my compulsive buying habits I ended up buying the first season of "Dark Angel" cause he was in it...so I heard. Heh...one episode....$30 for ONE episode but you know what....totally worth it. Now I gotta pick up season 2. HA!

So you don't think the rest of Dark Angel is worth $30? lol

and LOL @ the slogan remark. I'd give you reputatiion but I've given too much today and it won't let me...lol

Hey...I totally intend to spend on the second season and compared to the store prices I've seen, $30 would be a deal! Curtousy of another user, I may get an even better deal though. ^_^

Reputation? They have an option like that? Hmm, I wasn't aware of that.

ooooooooh, yeah I don't know how to do that "reputation" deal. >.< Could be like trying to add favorite shows on tv.com though and I'm missing the obvious.

I first saw him on Days, but didn't fall in love with him until Dark Angel. Alec was like the guy you don't tell you parents about. I loved him in Smallville, but I missed the wiseassiness he does so well. Hehe...

I first saw him on "Days Of Our Lives" as Eric Brady. Then I watched "Dark Angel" once he joined the cast, but I don't care much for "Smallville" so I didn't watch any of those episodes.

I first saw him on Dark Angel, and I thought he was brilliant, he was so funny, and annoying(In a ruining Max's day way) but so likeable at the same time. He is a very good actor.

And having just seen him on Supernatural, it's nice to see he has similar attitude to Alec, I really like his character.

After reading this thread I checked out some Dawsons Creek websites and I do remember him now! I just didn't put 2 and 2 together. Also as it was in the last season I didn't remember him because that is the season that I didn't see a lot of.

I really enjoyed him as Alec. I also liked Jensen as Ben. I first saw Ben and I felt so sorry for his character. I just felt the need to hug him. I think Jensen played both Ben and Alec wonderfully, such a paradox of each other.

I first saw Jensen in that season 1 episode of Dark Angel. "Pollo Loco." I loved Dark Angel, and I loved that particular episode. Then, he came back as Alec, and I fell in love! Loved his wise-cracking sense of humor, because I share it.

Then, sadly, Dark Angel was cancelled. And, I forgot about Jensen.

Then, I watched "Smallville." Didn't even realize that Jason was played by Jensen! Yeah, sometimes I can't put 2 and 2 together. Anyway, I loved Jason even though he was usually pared with the black hole that is Lana Lang.

As much I liked Alec and Jason, I love Dean even more.

So people aren't confused, I'll give the 411 on Jensen on Days, he played Eric Roman Brady ,Sami's twin brother. I first saw Jensen on Dark Angel as Ben , that was during the first season where his character was a psychopath. After Jensen appeared as Ben, they loved him so much that without auditioning he recieved the role as Alec.

I just watched Devour the other day, very disturbing and creepy movie but, I wanted to see it because of Jensen. As for his days on Smallville, I loved him as Jason Teague.

Jensen's supposed to have a new movie coming, hopefully sometime next year too. Small indie thing called 'Ten Inch Hero'. The title sounds a little dirty *L* (gutter brain), but it's called that because the characters work in a Sandwich shop that sells by the inch. It's also staring Elisabeth Harnois (Point Pleasant), Clea Duvall (Heroes), and Danneel Harris (One Tree Hill) as the other 'kids' working at the shop owned by a guy named Trucker played by John Doe (who played Liz's dad in Roswell). Anyway, it looks like a really cute movie. I love Jensen and Elisabeth, so I'm really looking forward to finding this one whenever it makes it's way to DVD. The release though is a little up in the air cause it's such a small picture and it's I think looking for distribution still or something like that.

Jensen plays a tattooed, colored mohawked, kinda punkish guy in his early twenties I believe kind of on the edge of manhood, uncertain if he really wants to make that leap. :)

Y'all can check out the movie's offical website for info and stuff. http://teninchhero.com/

Let's see...Elisabeth Harnois, my favorite actress from one of my favorite shows...and Jensen Ackles, one of my favorite actors from one of my favorite shows. And Clea Duvall, who I could take or leave but I like Heroes too.

I'll probably see that movie.

I first watched Jensen in Dark Angel. I loved him as Ben. He played the disturbed character very well. And then he was just amazing as Alec!! His bad boy attitude reminds me a lot of Dean.

I watched him in Smallville, but I liked him better before he went all evil. His relationship with Lana was just so sweet to start off with.

I only caught him in a few episodes of Dawson's Creek, and can't really remember the type of character he played :(

I've not seen any of the films he's in though :(

Okay, I mentioned before in the Jensen thread this movie 'Ten Inch Hero' that he's going to be in. Which, FYI is starting to hit the festivals in just a day. I'm really, REALLY hoping to get down to Santa Cruz at the end of the month to see it. And there's a pic finally up of him. They are teasing like maybe it's a manip, but I think it might be real. Seems to be real from the looks. It's oddly cute. *L* I'm all excited now. So check it out at the film's myspace: http://www.myspace.com/teninchhero

Well, Ten Inch Hero ran in three festivals in April, Phoenix (three screenings there), Newport Beach (to which Jensen, Elisabeth, and Danneel turned up, lucky ducks at Newport *L*), and Santa Cruz (to which it was the closing night screening, and which I did attend!)

The movie was really fun. Cute, sweet, funny, just kind of everything you'd want in a kind of romantic comedy. It was definitely comedy, but it had a few serious and even a kind of tear jerk moment. A few little twists I didn't see coming, and characters that made you wish you could keep following their lives after the film ended. They were characters I would love to know, and would love to work with in that funky little sub shop in Santa Cruz. The sign in the window that greets the 'new girl' Piper (Elisabeth Harnois) is 'help wanted - "normal" need not apply'. *L* It's a cool little shop and Trucker, the owner, is definitely the coolest boss in existance. I so love to work there and know these people. People who with the ins and outs of their lives and love lives, most of all they are friends, and the kind of friends that I think everyone should have. :)

While none of the 'stars' were in attendance at the Santa Cruz screening, the writer, director, and producer were. I missed getting to talk to the writer, but I did talk, at some length with the director, and especially the producer, Mark. They were really great and it was so much fun. I really hope this film gets picked up for distribution soon so everyone can see it at theaters near them. And if it happens to hit a festival near you, and you like good comedy or comedy-romance films, go check it out. Right now there are no more dates for festivals, but if any come up they'll be posting them on their MySpace which I linked in the prior post.

 I saw him first in Smallville, I was already hooked on the show at the time but was getting bored of sweet Clark. When Jensen Ackles showed up I stayed for the season just to watch him. I thought he was soooooo freaking HOT. Yeah, Jensen saved Smallville for me, too bad they let him go but i am glad he ended up on Supernatural. :lol2::wave:

I first saw Jensen on Smallville, and I thought to myself, who the hell is this guy? But when I saw him on some episode on ABC Family, I hadn't been watching for a couple or so years, so I had no idea who the characters were and all that jazz.

Yeah, I'm really hoping it'll get a theater release followed by a DVD. But it's just too awesome a movie to not be seen. And now I've met like half the cast from it *L* so it's extra awesome. Cause I met Elisabeth and Danneel Harris a couple months ago and last night I saw Danneel again and talked to her, and met Jensen. It was an awesome time. And all three of them are really nice, cool seeming people. :)

Both meetings happened in the same place in Hollywood. I was at a gig one of their friends, a musician, Steve Carlson (really awesome by the way *L*), played. It was back in October when I met Elisabeth and Danneel (the first time). They were both very sweet, friendly. I talked a little more to Elisabeth that time, couple minutes. She was very mellow and sweet, just kind of small talk kind of thing, where I was from. I met Danneel (again) and Jensen, and a couple other people I recognized from various things, just a couple days ago. Danneel was super sweet and friendly, very easy to talk to and seemed like a really fun gal. :) Jensen seemed very mellow, nice, friendly. Talked to him a couple minutes, kind of the same way as with Elisabeth. They all seemed like just very normal, friendly people. :)
