Sounds like a cool concept. And I like Paquin, good actress, but she can't do a Southern accent to save her life.

Actually she's not that bad at it, I do know girls with an accent similar, and I *do* live in the South, so... ;)

I almost bought the first book of this series but I was flipping through it, and decided against it. I do want to watch the show but I'm not up for reading it just yet, actually pay for them...maybe if the show is good enough.

I'll take your word for it, heh. It sounded kind of "on and off" in the X-Men movies to me.

She's an okay actress imo, could be worthy of watching.. I'd give it a chance as soon as I had the time, for sure..

I liked her in the one where she was teaching here geese to fly away home.

I'll watch this one one, not because of Anna though, but because I watch all the vampire shows I come across. I know everyone says "vampires suck", but what do they know. :)
