Wow, what a fantastic episode. I loved every second of this, from the beginning all the way to the disturbing ending. We got more revelations and goodies than we ever could've hoped for in a single episode of this show. Hopefully this is the track the show will stay on, and let's hope it keeps getting more intense. And maybe that will bring about a ratings revival.

I have just seen this episode and I couldn't wait for the UK thread to open so I had to come here and post.

What an absolutely fabulous episode!!! So much happened and the ending just freaked me out!

I didn't like the bit where the police officer was cutting his arm off and I didn't like the bit where they turned the statue round and we saw the sheriff's head! It was one of those episode that I really cringed through but at the same time thought was great.....

I wonder why this infestation of aliens is different to the other ones. Do you think it was the sheriff?

I was thinking on invasion of the body snatchers myself.!
but he does remind me of the sherif in that, though and seeing those sucker pads eww!
