What Does Your Username Mean?

Well other than everyone who uses names from Buffy, lol.

I got mine from "The Chronicles of Prydain", by Lloyd Alexander. We had to sign up for an email in a computer class a long long time ago and everything that I could think of was taken...so I just picked up the book and used it...kept it ever since. Not sure why, because I think it's pretty retarded.

Dashboard Prophets was the name of a band that made a favourite album of mine, Burning Out The Inside. Two of their songs, Wearing Me Down and Ballad For Dead Friends were used in the season one Buffy episode The Harvest. The latter track is on the Radio Sunnydale CD.

Heh I always have to explain mine.. I think I've met one person who actually got it without me having to explain, lol...
Anyways, originally the name I wanted was Éponine, or Éponine Thénardier, which is a character from Les Misérables (I had a huge obsession with that story/book/movies/musical /etc)... Then Eponine was usually taked an a username, and the first and last name was too long so I shortened it (this was years ago)... And yeah, since then eponinethen has always been my name and I don't think much about what it actually means..

Well, mine's the only actual nickname I've ever had. From high school...not really sure what it's about, but my friends were mostly AV club/art/movie nerds. I was the only guy who went out for sports, was relatively "normal", lol.

just after the finale of Angel, i started writing a fanfic based on Spike and Illyria. i made up the nickname 'Lyri' for Spike to use for Illyria. when i joined BB, i tried to register as 'Illyria' but the name was taken, and i don't like putting numbers or characters in my username. so i used the nickname i created! and it's pretty much stuck with me, i've really grown to love it, and it's very close to my real name. LY are the last 2 letters of my first name.

Mine's from Season 5 of Buffy when Buffy tells Dawn that her blood is Summers Blood! I didn't want to use a name I thought would be taken on Buffy Boards and wanted it to be original. Anyway no one had taken it so I became Summers Blood.

It was a Saturday morning and I was registering for an online hockey pool that needed a nickname. I tried about half a dozen names all rejected. Looked up in frustration and Teentitan was on tv so typed it in and voila!

Bored of the Dead is a mixture of a few things.

Its my name transferred from CoA. I arrived at the name as i was, at the time, i was HUGELY into Shaun of the Dead, but i wanted to Buffy up the name a littel....so i mixed in Bored Now.....the two joined and an online character was immediately born.

For those of you who have never heard of the wonderful Harley Quinn, she's the chick that's always happily bounding after the Joker on Batman, mainly the Animated Series. She wears a red and black outfit and is a bit insane. -Sighs.- I love it.... She is also, in my opinion, the BEST villianess in the Batman Series, followed closely by Poison Ivy...

Mesektet - The little girl in the White Room of W&H in Angel S4. The Beast killed her to blot out the sun, as she was a member of the Rahtet totem. She was the last and most evil of the totem [which symbolized the sun's path through the sky in terms of good or evil]. In real ancient Egyptian mythology, it was the barge Ra rode through the underworld at night.

Ra - Ancient Egyptian sun god. Sounded good with Mesektet.

I'm a little obsessed with ancient Egypt. So mixing Angel with that gives me major happies.

Other names I go by are Rahtet Mesektet and ChainOfAncients. ChainOfAncients is just a song in the 'Restless Suite' on the OMwF soundtrack that I thought sounded cool.

Mines from Point Pleasant. My username on other sites is Good_Christina_Evil, but someone already had that name.
I use it because there's good, there's evil, and then there's Christina Nickson stuck somewhere in the middle. I added the sixes because she's the daughter of the devil, so that makes sense.
