Oh yes! I am very much looking forward to the fourth part in the trilogy ;) I think it's out now in hardback but I'll wait for the paperback, as all my other ones are thus...
There was a shorter Ice and Fire story in the first Legends anthology, which is well worth a read and I suspect there may be at least one other non-series short, which I haven't read yet.
The only trouble is, there is such a long time between installments I forget what happened in the last book...

If it has a fourth part than you can't call it a trilogy anymore...:D
I haven't ever heard of the books though. What are they about?

Here's the link to the entry in Wikipedia for the series, which gives a reasonable description of it, without giving too much away :) -

Basically, it's a very well-written, epic sword-and-sorcery fantasy...and well worth a read IMO :)

I'm definitely gonna check them out 'cause they sound really cool. Have any of you read any of David Eddings' books? I love his Belgariad series. They sound very much like the SoIaF books.
