See what happens when you take life advice from Madonna?

It's OK though. It looks like the Kaballah magic of the old peroxide witch is beginning to wear off young Britney.

She's making a comeback. Here she is at the 2007 Video Music Awards.

It's like she's already in her late stage Las Vegas Elvis phase, sheesh. Maybe one too many peanut butter and banana sandwiches? She looks bored...or heavily sedated.

The songs not horrible though. Wonder who's singing it.

God, couldn't you almost see her grunt when she was climbing that platform?

She must be surrounded by lackeys and yes-men. She needs someone to take her aside and bring her back to this planet—if she's going for "comeback".

Yeah. First order of business. Fire the wardrobe manager. Who in his right mind suggested that black underwear ensemble? Your bare midriff days are over Britney.

Britney could still pull off her slut look - if she went on a diet and had plastic surgery. :p But maybe she should just take her career in a new direction?

The poor girl is a trainwreck, I wish she'd help herself.

Ugh i seen like 30 seconds of it and had to turn it off... I'm sorry she is just too much of a trashy slutty good for nothing... (i'll stop there) I so hope Kevin gets custody of the kids.... cause she doesn't deserve them.. nor a comeback

I don't know about that Federline guy either. Is he really an improvement?

Apparently Britney does have one fan left. Maybe THIS GUY (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHmvkRoEowc&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ecanadaka%2Enet%2Fmodules%2 Ephp%3Fname%3DForums%26file%3Dviewtopic%26t%3D2704 3%26postdays%3D0%26postorder%3Dasc%26start%3D) would look after the kids for her until Brit doll gets her act together.

I do feel sorry for her as she's obviously got mental issues. Whether they've been brought on by illicit substances or not, I don't know, but she deffo needs help - and fast.

I didn't see the prog mentioned, but I'm sure she still pulled off her slut look quite well. She's certainly done it well for almost her entire career. I never understood why she chose that look in the first place. She's a talented young woman, so why does she dress like a street-walker? She has a decent enough voice and she could (at least heretofore) hold a tune, so why thrust her crotch at the cameras all the time, as though that's all she had to offer?

Chirstine Aguillera is another case in point. The girl has the voice of an angel yet dresses like someone you could find in the nastiest, seediest brothel. I guess at least she hasn't flipped out....yet.

Didn't even notice this till I saw it on ET last night...

The only interesting thing about the performance — a facet that probably went over the heads of everyone in the audience, unless Kurt Loder or Matt Pinfield was out there somewhere — was the blatant homage to Elvis Presley’s “‘68 Comeback Special (http://youtube.com/watch?v=0sQhc5XbBhE).” The show opened with a tight closeup on Britney’s face as she sang “If you’re looking for trouble/You came to the right place,” exactly as Elvis kicked off his comeback performance 39 years earlier, and the red and black backdrop was also right out of Elvis’ show.

Um...yes. Duh! It started sucking by the early 90s when they stopped playing music.

Chris Crocker, you mean? Nuts, propably, but he's been around for a while. I think he's pretty well known on YouTube. Here's another one on his Britney fetish.

YouTube - Chris Crocker - Back up, Britney haters!

As I recall he's this pitiful kid who most likely got beat up a lot in school, so he likes to empower himself with electronic media. I think he likes to do those prank call vids - stuff like that.

That Chris Crocker guy is downright scary sometimes. My reaction to him is "ew". ;)

But his videos are sometimes funny.

I'm going to stick up for $8mill a year Britney.

I see all these people saying 'overweight' and think "wow, what the hell does that make me"?

I think she is an attractive woman that has had a bit of a rough one recently and deserves....ha - I couldn't keep it straight.

Seriously though, she isn't physically unattractive, but she needs help. She doesn't need people bashing her though.

edb agrees: Ok, I'm old, so humour me...cooch? That's a new one on me...mindyou I feel like me kids talk a whole other language, so what do I know 'lol'

I assume cooch is a slang for virginia(spelled incorrectly on purpose) and i'm sure i've heard it in US late night shows.

I think so, yeah. I know really short & too-tight shorts are called coochie-cutters, so it prolly follows.

Personally, I really don't wanna think too hard about it...... *boke*

There's a new twist to this story. Viacom has been trying real hard to have the clip pulled from video sites. They pull the clip, and buy ads directing people to the MTV site where you will find a sanitized version of the performance accompanied by glowing praise for it. At least that's what I heard. I haven't checked it out.

MTV has been described lately as one long commercial.

It won't work though. People won't forget. Here's 2 you've got to check out. The first one won't make any sense to you unless you clicked the link on the previous page for the "Leave Britney Alone" vid by Chris Crocker. (This guy is getting famous - or infamous - from that vid)

YouTube - LEAVE CHRIS CROCKER ALONE! Britney Spears Responds

There's a link below to an actual performance of the song, but it won't display as a vid on this page for some reason.

YouTube - Britney Spears VMA 2007 UNCENSORED VERSION (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlrJ02yNxNo&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ep2pconsortium%2Ecom%2Finde x%2Ephp%3Fshowtopic%3D14343%26st%3D0%26)

Bare in mind Viacom can't have parodies pulled unless they make them, so these will stay up.

Did you hear this one?

Crazed Britney Spears Fan Gets Own TV Show

Chris Crocker, the young man who lives with his grandmother and is an absolute crazed fan of Britney Spears, is going from YouTube to his own TV show.

Crocker makes videos in his closet about Britney Spears and then posts them on YouTube. One of the episodes had him crying and telling everyone to “leave Britney alone.” You can see the makeup he wears as well when he makes these shows.

Crocker has signed a TV production deal with 44 Blue Productions. They are planning to create a show around Crocker. They are going to focus it on his life as a gay man in a small town in the United States.

A spokesman for 44 Blue Productions said to think of it as the “Chris Crocker experience.”

They stated that he is going to be a TV star as he is interesting and a rebel of a character.

So pretty much all you have to do is get some makeup, go in your closet, and start making videos saying you are upset about the Britney Spears situation and bang, you get a TV show!

God this is what annoys me about America. This freak gets a show for being a moron while the rest of us struggle to get someone to hire us.

You know what's really scary, is I think this guy's TV show could be successful. I think he's tapped into something. I'm starting to think maybe the eccentric tranny is this generation's Mook (http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/cool/tour/tour2.html).

I could see this kind of Schtick catching on.

They should hire Chris Crocker to be one of the women on The View.
