What things do you think are overrated? It can be anything at all...

My choices: American Idol, weed, sex, big boobs (lol), MTV (even though I watch it), having the newest car, brand names....

lol. Well...I just think that sex itself is overrated...I mean...this planet REVOLVES around sex...it's not the beginning and the end! Geez! It's just an act! Why does every TV show and movie have to involve it, why is everyone so obsessed??? It's totally beyond me. Sure, it's great, but get over it already!

Guys who think looks are everything (HERES A CLUE ITS NOT!), umm guys who are only in for the sex (SEX ISN'T EVERYTHING) Guys who are... ok let me pick a different subject lol ummmm every r rated movie pretty much showing off a girls breasts I mean really whats so interesting about them. I'm a chick and i'd be glad to get rid of them they're just flesh and muscle and stuff. Social status Really who cares if your a prep or a nerd. Cant you just get along my god! ok thats just a few cant think of others right now lol

Parents telling you to clean your room
you know when they were kids they were like "The biggest shelf in your room is your floor." then they become 35 and are like cleaning machines! Whats with that.

Actually I clean my room AND the house without being told. I have three brothers who don't know the meaning of the word clean, and my parents work, and I HATE messes, so I clean ALL the time.

My wife is never gonna have to clean, lol.

Which means she'll have more energy for...well, you know. ;)

lmao, I mean i clean dont get me wrong. I clean everything, cause i'm told to actually if i dont i get yelled at, so like the entire house is cleaned everyday well all except my room,

see thats what i tell everyone, The way to win my heart is through the dishes! Thats all i hate doing, i'm an awesome cook, i clean the house, i love cleaning the house just not my room, i feed the pets, i just hate to do the dishes. Buy me a dishwasher and i'm good to go. My future husband will be able to get anything he wants out of me.

We have a dishwasher...I FORCE my parents to do the dishes. Like...I'll come home and yell "I clean this entire house every day so get off your lazy ass and fill the dishwasher!" haha

Well...I don't know if we'll have pets. But I'll keep the house clean and help with the kids (I want a LOT of them, I love kids), and then if my wife will let me spend time with her I'll be happy, haha.

Oh...and what I came here for.

Mangas are totally overrated.

How hard is it to fill a dishwasher for gods sake!!! Yeah i love kids, my step mom is pregnant with twin girls she plans on naming one Stephanie Leeann and one Kathryn Elizabeth, i cant wait till they arrive the cute little toes and fingers and outfits too. I want at least 3 kids when i am ready and i wanna adopt one, like an 8 or 9 year old cause most kids that age go unadopted and its not right. Although i'm a pet freak to. I at least want a cat.

thats something else that is over rated

smoking, anything really cigs or pot... i dont get it myself but i guess its peoples choice

I hate smokers. And will never date one. No offense to anyone who smokes.

This is for more than one reason. First, I don't want to tongue an ashtray and secondly, I have allergies and slight asthma, so I couldn't smoke if I wanted too.

I already explained in the "Fantastic Four" thread about mangas, lol.

And dishes are horrible. Why SHOULDN'T I force my parents to do it? I clean everything else, damn it! :)

lol i agree, i try to get my family to do them after I slave over the hot stove and coook, and then clean on top of it its only fair lol.

Yeah i dont smoke i cant stand it, my whole family smokes, they are the reason i have broncular problems. I get bronchitus like really easy i cant wait to get out of this house. I hate smoking, i tried it once when i was 6 cause my mom did it and i wanted to be just like her i nearly choked it was horrible,

My grandfather forced me to smoke when I was eight, which set off my asthma.

Gee, thanks a lot grandpa. I didn't like him much...an evil man. But we won't get into that here. ;)

I also add Joss Whedon, if I haven't already...I mean, great writer. I love his work. But I've seen people who treat him like a god and act like anything he says goes...that's bullshit and I think it's kind of over the top. Just cuz he's talented doesn't mean he's perfect... :D

LORD OF THE RINGS is SOOOO overrated!!!

FotR was just a group of people running around from one monster to another.
TTT was a lot of blablabla with one huge cool battle.
RotK was more blabla another cool battle, though not as cool... and then it ended... and it ended again.. and again.. and yet again. Did I mention there was an ending.. and another.. and one after that.. and yet another!!! ... Then it ended! Finally! For real this time... No, I'm just kidding there was another ending! ;)

Lets see tomatoes and cucumbers are overrated. I can't stand them, yuck and so is X Box and Game Cube. Whatever happened to the classic consoles, I like those better except I think my PS 2 is better than the original consoles.
