12/13 - Roles currently being cast for "Veritas" include Robert Queen, Young Jason Teague, Young Oliver Queen, and Young Patricia Swann. Yes, it is a flashback, and the villain from Smallville's past that might be back is Genevieve Teague (Jane Syemour). She's is the casting sides at the very least. The scene in question is a flashback to when Lionel, Swann, the Queens, and the Teagues were all working together in the late 1980s. Lois and Jimmy work together on a story.
