Is it weird that I'm more anxious to see the ratings for this episode than I am the actual episode? lol

This is going to be an interesting series. As I understand it Apocolyptic John can help/correct/change events for current John by sending rebel fighters back in time to help him with tools, cash, info. The writers hopefully do this very carefully and keep the "help" tight and to a minimum. Too much could ruin the show.
Gotta ask everyone do you think a love angle for Sarah with Charlie really necessary?
This is a well shot and edited show. I thought they were going to be heavy on special effects and CGI.

I don't know if the Charlie romance thing is vital. We'll find out. He didn't seem to notice the fact that John still looks like a 15, 16-year-old kid and he should be 23 in '07.
Loved when that car plowed into Cameron..."please stay calm" or whatever she said, heh. And when she was trying hard to mimic that girl leaning on the truck. Her people skills seem to come and go. She was completely credible as human when she first met John at the school...lately she's goofy robot girl.
And what is FOX talking about in their promo when they say "28 million" people watched the Terminator premiere? That's quite a spin, if it was more like 18 mil.

Two theories about the 28 million viewers:
1. they totaled east coast and west coast viewers
2. they used the first quarter hour ratings which were still flush with football fans from Giants/Cowboys playoff game.
Did anybody else Google "Gnothi Seauton" to see what it means?

I recall Sarah uttering the phrase, "know yourself" in her narration. Can't remember what the hell she was referring to. Was it something specific? Did it have to do with her cancer, going to a doctor? Well, and they were obsessing on their identities, ID cards.

The networks ALWAYS grossly exaggerate their numbers in promos, I don't know why. I remember when Point Pleasant premiered with 11 million, FOX said 24 million viewers tuned in.
Anyway, this episode got 10 million viewers, a 45 percent drop. I wonder how much that has to do with the two-night premiere thing. I kind of wish they'd just left this on Sundays and shown the second episode NEXT Sunday.
