LOST Promo Ad

Last night my wife pointed something out about a Lost promo ad and I was wondering if anyone knew about it?
It's the shot of the Island from the water of the island but the reflection of the island on the water is a city skyline. Does anyone know why and which city?

I could only guess. The island for the island, and the city for the flash forward. That's kind of obvious though. Do you think there's more to it?

It doesn't look familiar. Maybe it's not a skyline of any real city, just a fake skyline created for the promo.
