Hi everybody.

I just joined yesterday. Thought I'd post an introduction here. Hope you all don't mind!

My name is Kathy. I'm 27. I'm originally from Kansas. I'm going back to school to become a history teacher. I have my Master's degree in history--emphasis in World War II, but I can't find a job right now other than McDonalds. Give me two years, though!

Anyway, I love sci-fi/fantasy shows and movies. My favorite shows are The X-Files and Supernatural. I enjoy Smallville and and Buffy. I also love Star Wars.

Yes! I taped Supernatural last night because I had to work. And I'm watching it right now. Just saw that Supernatural returns with all new episodes on Tuesday. I'm bouncing in my seat right now!

Anyway, getting back to me.

I collect DVDs. It's an expensive hobby. Right now, I'm collecting X-Files DVDs. Does anyone know if Supernatural is going to come out on DVD after this first season ends?

Anyway, favorite movies:

Casablanca, It's a Wonderful Life, Some Like it Hot, Walk the Line, Batman Begins. Any Hitchcock movie. I have a very varied taste in movies. Obviously, I have a passion for old movies.

Hmm. That's all I can think to mention about me.
