That's pretty weird... but who knows... The US never releases DVDs till the season is over and then releases like the whole season usually. I'm hoping to see Supernatural Season 1 out here in the US (region 1) on DVD by like August or September. Seems to be common right now with a lot of the newer shows. So I hope it will follow suit. Releasing the prior season on DVD just before the new season premiers.
So, maybe if that's something region 2 does a lot... break up seasons into parts 1 & 2 and releases after each part finishes airing... seems fast to me though...

I think they do that with CSI too here.

Why would they only sell the first half of the season? That's odd. Where is region 2? Have they not seen the first half of the season? :goodnevil :FIREdevil :devy: :vamp3:
I just looked that up and it will sell for £23.99 that's a little over $42 dollars for just the first half of the season. That's a lot of money. That's about the price we pay here for a full season. Found out that the UK is in region two. Is Supernatural over there?

Oh that rocks!! Cuz I don't have ITV, so I was not going to be able to watch this on TV, same problem as that channel 4 thing!! Yey!
And Allycat is right they did it for CSI too, I rented the season finale that Quentin Tarentino(Sp?) Directed like 3/4 months ago, and it only aired last week on TV!
