SCI FI Channel announced Jan. 12 that it will air the first season of the BBC's hit SF series Doctor Who, starting in March. The 13 episodes, starring Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose Tyler, will air as part of SCI FI Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

I can't believe that you haven't seen Doctor Who on TV in America. I just presumed from Buffy when Andrew is going on about his Doctor Who DVD's that you had seen some of it!

Well I hope you like! I still have vivid memories of some of the episodes. I have seen repeats of some eps on UKTVGold, but they were really old ones. The ones I remember where from the late 80's early 90's!

I have vague childhood memories of some of the Tom Baker Dr Who eps. Those used to air on public television in the States, years ago. But it's all a little hazy now...
